Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of North Point Tactical products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at jake@northpointtactical.com so we can work to make it right.
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Products made or configured specifically for a customer’s selected firearm, color, attachment, handedness, accessory configuration, or other custom options are not eligible for return or exchange due to customer ordering error, change of preference, or incorrect selections made at the time of purchase.
Please carefully verify your firearm manufacturer, model, generation, accessories, and selected options before submitting your order.
This restriction does not apply if the product is defective, damaged, produced incorrectly by North Point Tactical, or does not match the options shown on the customer’s order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Custom Products
Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production of a made-to-order or custom product has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation unless otherwise approved by North Point Tactical.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
